BAD BARD POETRY
Life's a dream
Life,
This magnificence
This unfathomable wonder
Tis a dance in a dream
An excitement, a frenzy
Born of the mystical scheme
That dreamt this dream into being
Of dreams that beget dreams
That burst into life,
Everywhere bursting into life
In countless myriads
Of extraordinary dazzling forms
Life,
This magical cornucopia of creation,
And all that it is or ever was,
Each and every creature
That stalked this earth before us
And lived beneath our sun and moon
Each unique, exquisite form
Every keen enquiring eye
Was woven into the tapestry of life,
Born to flourish to its zenith
To live, perceive and die.
And we?
We dream our lives
And spawn our nightmares
We create our dreams
Unaware we are dreaming,
Not realising that we dream our lives
And whatever they will be
In our time on this earth

We are privileged travellers
In an endless Cosmic dream
Perceiving facets of the designer of all
We watch, we witness
And await its call.
